 An inattentive driver leaving a parking lot caused a T-Bone collision with our client’s vehicle. The client suffered neck, back, and shoulder injuries. 

 A young client involved in a significant motor vehicle collision suffered severe injuries from the accident. 

 Our client suffered back and knee injuries after being involved in a head-on collision with a trash truck. 

Allstate Insurance Company offered our client a mere $17,000 to settle her case. We took the case to court and a  jury in Ft. Worth, Texas awarded the final judgment of $140,000 to our client.

Allstate later filed an appeal with the Ft. Worth court of appeals raising six issues. We won on each item they raised and the jury's original verdict was upheld.

 Allstate Insurance Company offered our client $17,000 to settle his case out of court. We took the case to trial in a Dallas County Court where the jury awarded $60,000 to our client.  

 Another victory against Allstate Insurance Company. Our client was offered $17,000 to settle the case out of court. We took the case to trial in Denton County and a jury awarded our client $35,000.  

 The homeowner said Statewide Remodeling, Inc., Home Depot, Home Depot Installation Services failed to complete the scope of work she had requested. A Dallas County court agreed and found in favor of our client.
